What data do we collect?

EnDOW collects the
following data: personal identification information (Name, email address)

How do we collect your data?

You directly
provide Endow with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when
you register online to start a Diligent Search or to join the Endow Community,
which gives access to the EnDOW Discussion Forum.

How will we use your data?

EnDOW collects
your data so that we can record your searches and your search score (e.g. the
number of Diligent Search Reports that have been approved by the relevant
Cultural Institution.

How do we store your data?

EnDOW securely
stores your data at a secured server located in Luxembourg. If you need further
information on the host and its security measures please contact a project team
member.

EnDOW will keep
your email information for the entire duration of the EnDOW Community Project.
When the project will be concluded all data and information will be permanently
deleted.

What are your data protection rights?

EnDOW would like
to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user
is entitled to the following:

The right to
access
 – You have the right to request EnDOW for copies
of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to
rectification
 – You have the right to
request that EnDOW correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also
have the right to request EnDOW to complete the information you believe is
incomplete.

The right to
erasure
 – You have the right to request that EnDOW erase
your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to
restrict processing
 – You have
the right to request that EnDOW restrict the processing of your personal data,
under certain conditions.

The right to
object to processing
 – You have
the right to object to EnDOW’s processing of your personal data, under certain
conditions.

The right to data
portability
 – You have the right to
request that EnDOW transfer the data that we have collected to another
organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
